Here’s how it works:

Order your refill when you’re nearly out of your NINI product.

Keep hold of your original bottle so you can refill it as soon as your eco-refill arrives.

Please note: Due to the nature of the pouches we use sometimes they might burst or leak, if this happens do not worry just take a picture email us and we will send out a replacement asap.
