For all UK orders please allow up to a week for your order to arrive, if you require your product sooner then please alter the shipping method when ordering.
For International orders please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive, as customs may hold items for a period of time which is out of our control. It is also your responsibility as a customer to pay any custom charges that may occur.
Please contact us within 7 days uploading any relevant pictures and we will do everything we can to help. Our customers are our number one priority and your happiness is extremely important to us.
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free and do not come in to contact with any gluten during production. We do use certified gluten-free oats in our Natura Miracle Mask
Yes all of our products are handmade with love & gratitude by Nicole & Alex in a small facility in London. We are very proud to be a British brand.
Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We only purchase from like-minded, conscious suppliers as well. We love animals and this was a major factor in the making of NINI Organics.
Here at NINI Organics we strictly do not use any parabens, phalates, dyes, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, preservatives, GMOs, fillers, synthetic ingredients or artificial fragrances.
Our masks are made from dry powders and flower extracts that do not contain water, therefore allowing the products to stay fresh naturally without the use of artificial preservatives – just as nature intended.
We have a 6 month and 12 month shelf life on our products, just simply check the little jar icon on the label to see its shelf life. This icon is an indication of the potency of the product, generally speaking, the product will be used up within that time frame, however, if it’s not then all of our products are good for 12 months opened.
Yes, all of our ingredients are organic with the exception of the clays as they are derived from natural minerals so cannot be certified organic.
We source the majority of our ingredients from the UK, making sure everything is ethically farmed and from reputable sources. Anything that can be grown locally, like all of our herbs, are sourced from the UK. We like to support local British farmers where we can.
