RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you have had an allergic reaction within the first 14 days of purchase. To be sure that the product is suitable for your skin please contact Alex before purchase at hello@niniorganics.com.
If you have received a damaged product or have had an allergic reaction please contact us at hello@niniorganics.com, please upload pictures of the damaged product/ allergic reaction and your skincare ritual and we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness when buying products from NINI.
NINI Organics will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to NINI Organics.
If you need to return a damaged product we recommend using a delivery option with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items.
In an event where an item was stolen, lost or damaged in transit, we would offer a replacement.
