DELIVERY

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 working days. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you. Please allow up to 10 working days for UK deliveries, and up to 25 working days for International Deliveries. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect.

All orders placed online are shipped from our warehouse. Our warehouse use environmentally friendly packaging materials to protect your products, with fully recyclable cardboard boxes and bio degradable colourful puffs.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to inform the warehouse before it gets dispatched. We cannot guarantee we are able to cancel orders as our team are quick to process orders, once it enters the network to be dispatched we are unable to cancel.

UK DELIVERIES

FREE on orders over £35: Delivery usually within 3 days, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Orders under £35: £2.95 - Delivery 2-5 days after dispatch, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

First Class: £4.95 - Delivery 1 day after dispatch.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

All taxes and duty will be pre-paid for EU countries so there will be nothing extra to pay to receive your goods!

Delivery within 2-7 working days, please allow 25 working days for delivery.

FREE delivery on orders over £200.

For orders under £200: £20.00 - To the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

FREE delivery on orders over £150: Delivery within 5-7 working days, please allow 25 working days for delivery.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you have had an allergic reaction within the first 14 days of purchase. To be sure that the product is suitable for your skin please contact Alex before purchase at hello@niniorganics.com.

If you have received a damaged product or have had an allergic reaction please contact us at hello@niniorganics.com, please upload pictures of the damaged product/ allergic reaction and your skincare ritual and we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness when buying products from NINI.

NINI Organics will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to NINI Organics.

If you need to return a damaged product we recommend using a delivery option with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items.

In an event where an item was stolen, lost or damaged in transit, we would offer a replacement.
